The food and the bar were enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and helpful, quickly addressing any concerns I had.

The accommodation here is freshly updated and well-kept with modern amenities like a multi-channel TV, seating area, and writing desk which is a definite bonus.

The hotel was tidy and the breakfast was marvellous. All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room was a decent size and quiet, with comfortable beds. The location was great, right next to Uppsala central train station and the town center. The venue had a modern and quirky vibe, making it a nice place to stay.

The hotel is in a very central location and is known for its popular restaurant serving freshly cooked dishes.

The hotel's position was marvellous and handy, right by the bus station too as well as easy transport to Arlanda Airport. The breakfast was exceptional and sensational with various options-including lactose free options, offered tea and vegetable.

I had a pleasant stay during the holidays, the hotel was clean and being so close to the Central Station and the railway/bus station made it really convenient.

The staff was amicable and the bed was comfortable. Room was good value. Besides, we parked the car on site. Went for dinner at Sushi Yama, located within 5 minutes walking distance.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and within a short 10-minute walk to the city center. The rooms are in good condition, with amenities like robes and slippers provided. Despite being rather dated, they are kept clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast at the hotel offers a large assortment to choose from, including options for vegans and those on a gluten-free diet.

The personel was nice, they moved the extra bed we had originally booked from our room at 2 am, because we didn't need it after all. The breakfast buffet was good, all though you had to line up and wait for the food and sometimes some dishes were missing for a while.

The breakfast room was very crowded, you were lucky to get a table and you had to line up for food. Also some of the food was missing for some time, like pancakes, before they brought new ones. This was quite annoying. Also there was no bath in the room, just a shower. I would have expected a bath tub from a 4 star hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. Optimal position in the town both for business and holidays. Rooms are confortable and silent. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Uppsala. the location of the hotel was excellent. It was centrally located, just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed and in good condition. I particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom and the availability of amenities such as robes and slippers. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a large assortment to choose from. The gluten-free options were plentiful and I was impressed by the variety of gluten-free items available.
